Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Madhavay account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

How to ask

  1. 1Email usWrite to info@madhavay.com with the subject "Delete my data".
  2. 2Tell us which accountInclude the product name (for example, Threadopia) and the mobile number or email on your account.
  3. 3We confirm and deleteWe reply within 48 hours and delete your account and personal data within 30 days.

Good to know

Where a product has a "Delete account" option in its settings, you can use that instead of emailing us.

We may keep a small amount of information when the law requires it, such as payment records, and delete it once that period ends. Read our Privacy Policy for more.
