These terms apply when you use madhavay.com or any Madhavay product. By using them, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Madhavay is a sole proprietorship based in India. Our products include Threadopia and Bhavishya Malika Official. A product may have extra terms of its own; if so, those apply together with these.
2. Who can use our products
You must be at least 18 years old, or use our products with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login details and OTPs private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law or anyone else's rights, including copyright and privacy;
- post content that is false, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit or harmful;
- send spam, run scams or impersonate any person or business;
- try to hack, overload, copy or reverse-engineer our products.
5. Your content
You own the content you post. You give Madhavay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, show and process it only as needed to run and improve the product. You are responsible for what you post, and we may remove content that breaks these terms.
6. Our intellectual property
The Madhavay™ and Threadopia™ names, logos, designs and software belong to Madhavay. You may not use them without our written permission.
7. Payments
If a product offers paid features, the price and billing terms are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partners. Refunds follow the policy shown in that product and the law.
8. Third-party services
Our products use third-party services such as WhatsApp (Meta), Google and payment providers. Their own terms apply to your use of those services, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them reliable, but we do not promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent the law allows, Madhavay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using our products and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and continuing to use our products means you accept the updated terms.
